Bella's Mountain Vacation Cleaning has been a joy to work with. Sandra works with heart and goes above and beyond by using her own blend of natural, non-toxic cleaner made with spruce needles! We've had trouble in the past finding reliable cleaning services in our mountain area but Bella's Mountain Vacation Cleaning has never let us down. If there is a weather delay, Sandra has been quick to reschedule. Our home is not new construction and her attention to detail means that our 1960's house is as fresh and clean as a new build. Sandra is open to feedback and always asks if there are areas she should focus on and whether or not her cleaning meets or exceeds expectations. I found Sandra by accident. She was coming to preview the house in Black Hawk I was moving out of, so it made sense to hire her to clean. She worked our timing requirements into her schedule, and ended up at the house cleaning until midnight. She brought her own supplies, has no issue to use our supplies when requested, and cleaned up after herself before she left. Our house was spotless! I’m hiring her for our new place! I prefer to hire locals and supporting community! She’s a great lady that does an excellent job at cleaning. I’m so thankful we hired her for the clean! ~ Dana S

Sandra is AMAZING! She goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfection at our cabin. We have a rental property and she always makes sure all the bedding is washed and all beds are made, each room has towels folded and ready for guests, toilet paper is folded nicely and all bathrooms are set and ready. She clearly takes pride in her work and it goes a long way! She has even made multiple trips back and forth to our place to ensure all the laundry is done. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! Sondra did an incredible job of deep cleaning our Estes Mountain cabin. Our cabin was spotless top to bottom and with attention to detail in areas that really needed attention. Our cabin has many windows and little nooks that are difficult to clean, and Sondra truly got every bit spotless. There were cozy touches to the cleaning that were unique and thoughtful, and we are so so pleased with the outcome. Sandra did an excellent job cleaning our family's summer vacation home in Coal Creek Canyon on fairly short notice. She was extremely communicative throughout the process and clearly takes her work seriously. It is an old house with a number of "quirks" and we found her very willing to seek and take guidance for anything unusual. This is not only a review on her work AND also the person she is. Sandra is a hard working woman that did an excellent job helping us due to allergies and making our house a home again. She was very conscientious on what products she used to not activate anything, brought cleaning products that were not scented, took the time she needed to leave us with dust free areas. Sandra did an amazing job! She does more than just cleaning, she does it all! Errands, shopping, picking up, organizing, deep cleans, regular cleans, you name it she does it! Sandra helped us on short notice with a deep clean of a new rental home. She rocked it! Everything was clean and the house smelled much better afterward. We loved her and her services so much we hired her to deep clean my clinic/office space 1x per month. She really got the corners and shelving areas that had dust build up. bella's housecleaning services is the best iv'e used! Sandra (owner operator) is supremely professional, thorough, timely, she does what she says she'll do and very, very well. cannot recommend enough. will use bella's here on out either monthly or bi-monthly. the deep clean was so well executed will only need light cleaning most of the time going forward. as a restaurant owner I notice when cleaning has been performed exceptionally well. ~ Austin W

While 4 other cleaners did not return my calls, Sandra responded right away even though she was booked up. Our Boulder home has not been this clean in years, thanks to Sandra! She did a deep clean prior to guests coming and everything looks shiny and new, including the oven.
